Plain terms for a plain product
SwampLynx is operated by SwampLink LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The same Terms of Use and Privacy Policy that govern swamplink.com govern SwampLynx and every site hosted on it. This page is the short version and the SwampLynx-specific details; the full documents are linked below and control if anything here differs.
Billing
- The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card.
- The paid plan is a subscription billed by Stripe: $5 per month, or $35 per year. The founding-ten offer is the yearly plan at $25 for the first year; it renews at the standard yearly rate.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Stripe emails a reminder before each yearly renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel any time by emailing dev@swamplink.com (self-service cancellation in the admin app is not built yet). There is no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops all future charges; your paid features stay on until the end of the period you already paid for.
- The first payment for a subscription is not refundable, and we do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
- If a subscription renews and you did not mean it to, ask within 14 days of the renewal charge and we refund that renewal in full.
Your content
- Your notes, your voice document, your drafts and your published posts are yours. We host them; we do not claim them.
- You can download a full archive of your site from the admin app at any time, and one is offered again when a site is deleted.
- Your site's AI drafts only from the notes you give it. It is built not to invent facts, and nothing it writes is published without your approval.
- Hosted sites must follow the Terms of Use. Sites used for spam, deception, or content that is illegal where we operate can be suspended; you would still be offered your archive.
Where your data lives
Sites are served from infrastructure SwampLink LLC operates. Payment details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. AI drafting runs through a gateway pinned to providers with zero-data-retention terms; your notes are not used to train anyone's models.
