Dashboard Overview

What is on the admin app's dashboard and what each card is for

The dashboard is the front page of the SwampLynx admin app. It puts what needs your decision at the top and the facts about your site below.

Signing in

Go to auth.swamplynx.com and sign in with Google or GitHub. Below the buttons is a Site token box: paste the token shown once at signup if you are not using OAuth, or for scripts. Sessions last 12 hours.

The top bar

Your site name and address, your plan, and links to Docs, Voice, Look, and Sign out.

The attention line

At the top: N things need you, or nothing needs you. Three kinds of item count:

  1. A draft awaiting you, with Read draft and Approve & publish.
  2. Storage nearing its cap (80% or more), with See details.
  3. A billing problem, with See details.

Nothing else counts. If the line says quiet, there is nothing to do.

The cards

What your AI published. Posts newest first, marked live, followed by any drafts marked awaiting you. On a new site it says "Nothing published yet."

Storage. Used against your plan's cap (Free: 100 MB; Normal: 2 GB), plus the count of posts published and drafts awaiting you.

Add a note. A preview of the current queue and a text box. Add to queue adds the note. Notes stay queued until a drafting run; an empty queue means no post.

Your site. Plan, address, status, billing status, and Download your data, which exports every post with its full history, your drafts, notes, and voice document as one file.

Next drafting run. Your schedule, and an edit link to your voice document.

What is not here

No graphs, no logs, no settings screen. Analytics and a settings page are not available yet.
