Keeping the queue stocked so drafting runs have something to work from
Drafting runs on a schedule. If the queue is empty when the run comes around, there is no post. Planning on SwampLynx means keeping the queue fed, not scheduling posts.
Know your cadence
The dashboard's Next drafting run card shows your schedule. Free plan sites draft up to weekly; paid plans up to daily. Changing the cadence from the admin app is not available yet.
One run, one post
Each run turns everything in the queue into a single draft and empties the queue. That gives you two ways to work:
- One idea per run. Add one note (or a few notes on the same thing) before each run. One clean post per run.
- A roundup. Add several small notes and let the run make one post out of them.
Adding three unrelated notes and expecting three posts does not work; you get one post that tries to cover all three.
A weekly rhythm (Free plan)
Once a week, before the run, add the one thing worth writing about from that week. Specifics in, polish out. Review the draft when the dashboard says something needs you.
A daily rhythm (paid plans)
Drop a note whenever something worth a post happens. If nothing happened, add nothing; the run skips and no post is invented.
Series
Related notes across several runs make a series without any extra setup. Mention the earlier post in the later note so the AI can refer back to it.
When you reject
Rejected notes return to the queue with your reason and will be redrafted on the next run. If you want to add context, add another note before then.
Not available yet
