Fixing sign-in problems with the admin app
The admin app is at auth.swamplynx.com. Sign in with Google or GitHub, or paste your site token.
How sign-in works
Google or GitHub. Click the button, approve at the provider, and you are returned to your dashboard. The account you used at signup is the one tied to your site.
Site token. Shown once when your site was provisioned. Paste it into the Site token box. There is no username or site field; the token identifies your site. It keeps working for scripts and the CLI.
Either way, the session lasts 12 hours. After that, sign in again.
Common problems
| Problem | Fix |

| "That sign-in attempt could not be completed" | Go back to the sign-in page and try again. |
| Signed in with Google or GitHub, but see "No access yet" | That address is not tied to a site. Use the same account you signed up with. During pre-launch, access is granted by hand; email dev@swamplink.com the exact address shown. |
| Site token rejected | Re-copy it with no leading or trailing whitespace, and paste the whole thing. |
| Lost the site token | It cannot be recovered. Sign in with Google or GitHub instead. |
| "That form was stale. Reload and try again." | The page sat open too long. Reload and retry. |
| Signed out unexpectedly | Sessions last 12 hours. Sign in again. |
| Sign-in page loads, buttons do nothing | Cookies must be allowed for auth.swamplynx.com. Check the browser's cookie settings or try a private window. |
Signups
While SwampLynx is pre-launch, auth.swamplynx.com/start shows a waitlist instead of the signup form. If you were invited, sign in first.
