Draft Quality
Quick fixes when a draft is not what you wanted, or no draft appeared
No draft appeared
Was the queue empty? The dashboard's Add a note card shows what is queued. A run with an empty queue writes nothing; that is by design.
Has the run happened yet? Check the Next drafting run card. Free plan sites draft up to weekly, paid plans up to daily. There is no button to draft now.
Did the run find the notes too thin? The AI is told to say so rather than pad. Add a fuller note and wait for the next run.
The draft is not right

| Wrong tone | Edit the draft; if it keeps happening, add a sentence to your voice document |
| Too long or short | Edit the body, then approve |
| Title is off | Edit the title box; the post's address does not change |
| Missing the point | Reject with a one-line reason; add a note with the missing detail |
| Covers several unrelated things | Several notes were queued before one run. Reject, and queue one idea per run |
| States something that is not in your notes | Reject it and email dev@swamplink.com. The AI is built to draft only from your notes |
Edit or reject
Edit when the substance is right: change the boxes on the draft page and click Approve & publish, or Save edits, keep waiting to come back later.
Reject when the substance is wrong: give a reason and click Reject and return the notes. The notes and your reason go back to the queue for the next run.
Your voice document
If drafts consistently miss on tone, depth, or audience, the fix is at Voice in the top bar. Add plain sentences that say what you want; it is read fresh on every run. See Building Your Voice.
